Wash Mate completely removed all colour transfer from my Henne wool coat. The colour transfer was caused by a Dragon Diffusion black leather bag. My coat looks perfect and brand new - the team did such an amazing job.
The colour transfer happened on Tuesday, I took my coat in the next day on Wednesday, and it was ready for pick up in 2 days on Friday. If you don’t have time - the team offers at home pick up and drop off.
The team was also so kind and understanding. Thank you for your amazing service!! Would 100% recommend if you have a designer/expensive item that needs to be treated.

WashMates is an amazing company. Their standards of work & service are extraordinary, on top of which Nathan managed
things really efficiently and is a natural, pleasant, human being. You can't get better than having all of that in one place!! Definitely a pleasure to do business with this company: they even held onto my completed washing for a considerable amount of time until I could organise an appropriate drop off date. And they quoted for additional items that were damaged during a water leak, including mould damage. They are the only company I could find that had precise times for pick up of laundry etc at one's home, so that I didn't have to stay there long or wait. They were exactly on time, each time ... above & beyond.

I had an amazing experience with this laundry service! The staff, especially the gentleman who helped me, was super friendly and welcoming. I had been struggling to find a place that could clean leather jackets, and I was so relieved to discover that this laundry offers that service.
They did a fantastic job on my jacket, which was in pretty bad condition, and they managed to restore it beautifully in just one day! I'm really happy with the results and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for specialized cleaning services.

Great and efficient service from the kind lady at the front on the 21st. Made mine and my friend's holiday so much better, knowing we can trust people we've met for a couple of minutes to help us not only clean and dry with a quick turnaround but also to take care of our luggage. Very good experience! Great communication through out the process. We utilized them twice while we were in Sydney at 2 different locations and they were able to take care of our laundry in both! Very reasonable price and was able to rush our order if needed so. Will definitely use them again when we go back to Sydney!

Great service! They picked up at our hotel 5:30 in the afternoon and had our clothes washed and delivered the next morning. Great company to use if you're on a business trip for a few weeks.
