The wonderful team at Wash Mate did a great job dry cleaning my two-piece suit, which was in quite a state when I gave it to them. Stains were removed and now looks good as new. Plus they were able to do the job in one day over the weekend. I dropped my suit off on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday. It is very hard to find a dry cleaner in Sydney that can provide this level of service.
Great and efficient service from the kind lady at the front on the 21st. Made mine and my friend’s holiday so much better, knowing we can trust people we’ve met for a couple of minutes to help us not only clean and dry with a quick turnaround but also to take care of our luggage. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for quick and quality service.
Very good experience! Great communication through out the process. We utilized them twice while we were in Sydney at 2 different locations and they were able to take care of our laundry in both! Very reasonable price and was able to rush our order if needed so. Will definitely use them again when we go back to Sydney!
This is the greatest laundry service I have ever experienced. They are such a friendly team, provide great attention to all our laundry and dry cleaning needs in a quick timeframe. This place is the best. Not only was it easy to set up pickup/delivery and were my clothes washed, dried and folded well with little to no fragrance, the service was excellent. I had a few hiccups with my hotel but they were very accommodating and responsive. They helped out so much! Definitely recommend if you’re in Sydney!
